HR INDUCTION PROGRAM & EMPLOYEE HAND BOOK RELEASE
In line with the vision towards achieving organizational excellence, the HR Department initiates to develop induction program that would cater to the new employee joiners’ introduction to the organization which was implemented last May 2011. The program covers the areas such as company profile, key personnel, organization chart, company policies & procedures, manufacturing process flow, products & services and office/plant tour. Likewise, a copy of newly develop employee handbook were included in the induction kit provided to each new joiner for reference though under final review by the top management
