New Double Containment for Floor Drains |

| The lack of a Double Containment System for floor drains has become an industry drawback. It was inevitable then that Hepworth PME, with the assistance of Georg Fischer, was asked to develop this missing feature and aid the concept of a complete containment system. |
| The consultants on the Shk. Khalifa hospital expansion in Ajman needed the floor draining system to be complete with floor drain coverage. It became the responsibility of Hepworth PME's PVC fabrication department to implement the design created by the GF Dubai office for an indigenously developed double containment enclosure specific to their needs. |

| A sample for approval had to be submitted in a record time of three days in order to satisfy both the project consultant and the Ministry of Public Works, and this was considered near impossible. Procuring the raw materials and required manpower at such short notice, the sample was duly forwarded to the consultants on the third day. It was worth all the effort to see the expression of relief on the contractor's face when the sample was found to be a perfect solution to the missing link in the containment system! |

The material submittal was approved for use on the project and the joint effort by Hepworth PME and GF to solve the issue was much appreciated by the client who complimented us on our timely support and excellent service.
